A NEW BOOK BY BILHA MAROM
And They Shall Be
The quiet revolution of five orphaned sisters from the desert - the Daughters of Zelophehad
A moving biblical story about women's wisdom. Five sisters who dared to ask for their inheritance and changed society. A journey into the revolution that no one knows about.

About the book
Five orphaned sisters in the vast Israelite camp in the desert. They have no land to inherit, and no legal voice. Yet they step forward to Moses, God answers, and their request reshapes society.
The story of Mahla, Noa, Hogla, Milca and Tirzah, the Daughters of Zelophehad, retold like never before.
Bilha Marom weaves close biblical reading with a warm, contemporary feminine gaze, inviting readers to meet a familiar text from an entirely new point of view.
